the room is very spacious and looks fairly new and clean. staff are very helpful. it is easy to travel to the main district by taxi or bus.

Very big room with all you need

The hotel is situated in a reasonably convenient location near the Ferry terminal, Fisherman’s wharf and some convenience stores. Getting to the New Macao and the Cotai strip is of course about MOP 100 cab away but there are other options as well. As for the hotel itself, it was very cozy, rooms and amenities were great. We did take up the Lunch & Bfast buffet which was also reasonably good and affordable. Last but not least it was ultimately the staff who made the difference and made our stay pleasant. A special call out to “Combo” I believe was his name, at the front desk who was really helpful with everything we inquired, kept us informed and was very professional and courteous hence thank you! Keep up the good work until next time!

Large room, soft beds, breakfast has the essentials. My son's room had no electricity in the morning, only the sockets were working, as we were going to leave in the morning, we didn't even inform the hotel. It is not far from the center, but you need to walk. Hotel undergoing external renovation, easy access to the ferry boat to Hong Kong. There is a casino.

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. There was some exterior construction going on, which damaged the view a bit.

Great value for money, and the customer service staff is very friendly and kind.

The bed was very comfortable, room large and beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Place was spacious and very clean.

The service attitude is pretty good. Apart from Western food such as spaghetti, I don’t know much about it because I haven’t tried anything else.

The overall health is good, the location is moderate, and the price is reasonable
