The house cleaning staff kept the rooms tidy every day and replenished any necessary supplies, which made my stay very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation. It's very nice. When we arrived there they put us in a superior room and it was like an apartment. It was luxurious. With swimming pool. All the comforts. Good location, with a bus stop right next door. A 10.

Very lovely staff. We got upgraded and given free breakfast for 4 nights. Breakfast selection could be improved, but you can't complain about that when it's free. :) Room service is reasonably priced and super-quick. Nice indoor pool. Gym needs at least 1 flat bench! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

A quick jaunt to Macau and the hotel is very easy to get to from the ferry port - walking distance. Also possible to walk to the historic centre as well. Big rooms but suspect they are a little dated by Chinese standards but perfectly good for me. Nice bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Very spacious rooms, and very clean. The area is a little mixed, but not too bad..Main point is that you can get to both sides quite easily. Casino side and Old Town side..Bus transport is easy but can get crowded . This looks to be the best hotel in the area and is very popular.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and the location is great. The dining area is also good.

Plenty of choices at breakfast. The room is just right size and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent as it is very close to the outer ferry terminal if you want to go to HongKong like we did.

More luxurious than expected

I like the cleanliness, convenient of location...

the room is very spacious and looks fairly new and clean. staff are very helpful. it is easy to travel to the main district by taxi or bus.
